Mike, the owner and founder of Mike Forner's Home Services, has spent his entire working life in the building trades. His passion for the trades shows in his experience which spans over five decades.

Mike Forner's Home Services specializes in home maintenance systems, general repairs and general maintenance. We can provide services for jobs large and small.

Our jobs span across all four seasons (since we are a Michigan-based company). See the services tab for some examples of the type of work that we do.

What we “don’t do” are sloppy, second-rate, incomplete or improper repairs.  Aside from that, we literally do it all. We know how that sounds (really cliché), BUT it’s true.  Absolutely anything your home needs can be taken care of promptly and properly with just one phone call.  That’s right friend, ONE call only.
